The background information and pictures about these horses' predecessors such as *Bask, Skowronek, *Raffles, and Abu Farwa, were obtained from The Arabian War Horse to Show Horse by Gladys Brown Edwards and from The Kellogg Arabians by Herbert H. Reese in collaboration with Gladys Brown Edwards.
